Our Three Step Process

Step One: The first step of this 3 step process is the initial conversation between SMIO and the client. Within this conversation will work with you to best help you identify your goals online and what you want to achieve by developing your online presence. For example goals may include: increasing revenue and brand awareness. You will find that before this initial conversation we will do our homework to see what competitors are doing well, and thoroughly research your business and how you can benefit from hiring SMIO. This step is crucial, as in creating a killer content marketing strategy we must first understand what your online goals are.

Step Two: In this step we will create a content marketing plan and give it to the client to review. The client should thoroughly look over this strategy to determine if any changes are needed. Once this strategy is approved we will develop the plan to execute this strategy, again this plan will be presented to the client and allow the client to request any necessary changes.

The plan will include:

• A weekly schedule
• Budget
• Focus areas – such as social media, directory sites, blogging etc.
• Deadlines

Step Three: Lastly, we will implement the plan! This means we will actually begin doing the work we have showed our clients in the strategy and start executing!
